WebJan 5, 2015 · You need a decent floor to support the liner. Usually you would us a 12' wide liner. 8' on the floor and 2' up each wall. You fasten the liner in the front of the trailer and use weld on cover strips to hold and seal the sides. This way the liner can move and expand with temperatures and the sun.

The then run 2x4's up the seams and in the corners for stability, screw the plywood into them as well. Then you frame out the top for the ceiling and leave a 4x8 opening that gets 1/2 screen to vent all the air.
